All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

Germany
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

European Union
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays, customs, or high order volumes.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

All items are made to order. Therefore, we do not keep stock and each product is produced individually for our customers.

For this reason, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The item is damaged or defective
• The item was printed incorrectly
• The wrong item was delivered
• The size does not match the ordered size due to an incorrect description

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the problem.

After review, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Returns due to incorrect size selection or personal preference cannot be accepted, as all products are made individually to order.
